No. Dormie OS is internal infrastructure used by our team to deliver your accounting service. There is no separate Dormie OS subscription.

Yes. Financial reports can be exported in standard formats. This does not include a complete export of every record or a migration into another system.

Yes. We agree on the records and reporting handoff with you and your tax adviser.

Dormie does not prepare tax returns. We can provide the agreed accounting records and reports to your CPA or tax adviser.

Payroll processing requires a separate engagement agreed in advance. We also agree on how payroll is recorded and what your provider or team handles.

Payment decisions remain with you. Paying bills or moving funds requires a separate engagement and explicit agreement; it is not included automatically.

Launch is primarily digital and does not include a recurring financial review meeting. Starter includes a quarterly financial check-in; Accounting, a monthly accounting check-in; Controller, a monthly Controller review; and Controller + FP&A, a monthly planning and review meeting.

Communication needed to perform the accounting continues throughout the engagement, not just during meetings. Additional meetings or advisory work outside the agreed cadence may be separately scoped.

We agree on scope, gather the required records and access, and set the monthly schedule.

Our five service levels have monthly starting prices of $199+ for Launch, $599+ for Starter, $1,250+ for Accounting, $2,250+ for Controller, and $3,500+ for Controller plus FP&A. Final pricing depends on scope and complexity.

Not automatically. Businesses starting fresh with little or no prior accounting activity generally do not need a setup fee. If existing activity needs to be organized, reconciled, migrated, or cleaned up, a one-time setup or cleanup fee may apply. We quote and agree on any additional fee before that work begins.

Launch is designed for new or early-stage service businesses with simple books, about $100,000 or less in annual revenue and approximately 50 or fewer monthly transactions. Yes. You can begin with Launch when it fits, then move into Starter, Accounting, Controller, or Controller + FP&A as your needs change. We review the work together so your accounting keeps pace.
